利用規程（Acceptable Use Policy）

1. 目的

8200.devは防御的セキュリティプラットフォームである。本ポリシーは許容される利用を定義し、Terms of Serviceの一部を構成する。当社は、組織が自らのデータを保護することを支援するために本プラットフォームを構築しており、当社はその境界を執行する。

2. 認可された防御的利用のみ

貴社は、貴社の組織が所有するソース、または当該所有者の文書化された同意をもって貴社が管理するソースのみを接続および分析することができる。「認可された」とは、環境に対する実際の権限を意味する——クリックできるOAuth同意画面それ自体は、他者のデータを監視する認可とはならない。

3. 禁止される行為

貴社は以下を行ってはならない：

• Scan, enumerate, or analyze third-party systems, tenants, or accounts without explicit authorization, except for the AI Exposure Check as described in section 3A.
• 本プラットフォーム、またはそれが生成する情報を、いかなる当事者に対する攻撃的作戦、脆弱性の悪用、横方向移動、またはソーシャルエンジニアリングの計画もしくは支援のために使用すること。
• 本プラットフォームを介してマルウェアその他の有害なコードを開発、テスト、または配布すること。
• 本プラットフォームの他のテナントを探査し、妨害し、もしくはアクセスを試みること、またはレート制限、プラン制限、もしくはセキュリティ管理を回避すること。
• 当社との書面による合意なく、本プラットフォームを第三者のために再販、サブライセンス、または運用すること。
• 調査結果を、Enterprise.Systemsによる認証、監査意見、またはコンプライアンス証明として第三者に提示すること。
• コンピュータ不正使用法、プライバシー法、および輸出管理法を含む適用法令に違反して本プラットフォームを使用すること。

3A. The AI Exposure Check

The AI Exposure Check may be run on any public domain name, including one you do not own, because it reads only public DNS records and returns only a score, counts and status flags: no service names, subdomains or record values. It is the only analysis of systems you do not own that this policy permits.

Only the domain you enter. The check asks public DNS resolvers about that domain (a subdomain is checked as its main domain) and, to read its mail settings and the services it uses, the names its own records refer to and a fixed list of common names under it (for example www, autodiscover and DKIM selectors). You must not use the check, or ask us, to look at anything else. The check does not run port scans, login attempts, password guessing, brute force, vulnerability scans or exploitation against any domain, and we do not connect to the domain’s servers or website ourselves; the public resolver may query the domain’s name servers, as normal DNS resolution does.

Limits. For each network (for IPv6, each /64 network) the check allows 5 new checks per hour, 20 new checks per day, 60 answers per day (saved answers included) and 30 different domains per day. Each network may also create 20 share links and submit 5 e-mail sign-ups per day. A signed-in account may run 50 new checks per day instead of the 5 per hour and 20 per day. Each domain is checked afresh at most once per UTC day, and we also cap the total number of new checks per day. Days are UTC. When you reach a limit, the check says so.

No circumvention and no list-building. You must not get around the limits or the human check, for example with scripts or other automation, rotating IP addresses or networks, proxies or multiple accounts. You must not use the check to build lists, rankings or databases of other organizations, for sales prospecting, competitive intelligence or targeting, or to harass or shame an organization.

Sharing. You may share your own result card. You must not present a result as a rating, certification or audit of another organization.

Opting out and reporting. There is not yet a way for a domain owner to opt out of the public result. Report abuse of the check to [email protected] (section 7).

4. AI利用に関する義務

AI機能は、Anthropicの商用条件および利用ポリシーに基づくAnthropicのモデルによって提供されます。これらの義務はお客様にも流れ下ります。お客様は、本プラットフォームのAI機能を、有害、欺瞞的、または攻撃的セキュリティのアプリケーションを生成もしくは支援するために使用してはならず、また、基盤となるモデルの抽出、脱獄（ジェイルブレイク）、または再利用を試みてはなりません。当社は、これらの流れ下る義務への違反が疑われる場合、AI機能を停止することがあります。

5. APIおよびレート制限

自動化されたアクセスは、公表されたレート制限およびプラン制限を遵守しなければなりません。濫用的な自動化（本番環境に対する負荷テスト、本プラットフォームのスクレイピング、または調査結果を歪めるよう設計された合成トラフィック）は禁止されます。

6. 執行

当社は、疑われる違反を調査し、アクセスの停止もしくは終了、違反しているワークロードの削除、および法律が要求する場合または第三者が危険にさらされる場合には、影響を受ける当事者もしくは当局への通知を行うことがあります。実行可能な場合には、停止に先立って通知および是正の機会を提供します。

7. 報告

本ポリシーの違反の疑い、または本プラットフォームの脆弱性については、[email protected] までご報告ください。当社は、セキュリティ報告について48時間以内に受領確認を行うことを目指し、90日間の協調的開示期間に従い、善意の研究者を訴追しません。

8. 変更および連絡先

当社は、本プラットフォームおよび脅威の状況の変化に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更は、利用規約（Terms of Service）に定める通知手続きに従います。ご質問は [email protected] まで。
